Return Process
Returning your hire is simple and stress-free and we recommend you follow these steps on the final day of your hire period:-
- Place your dress inside the dust bag and original postal bag.
- If you wish you can leave us a note on the thank you card and return it or take a photo and send it to us
- Cover the initial shipping label with the return label which is also found inside your postal bag.
- Then you can reseal the postal bag using the second seal on the original postal bag.
Once sealed and labelled, lodge the parcel in person at your nearest Australia Post office.
Please keep your lodgement receipt as proof of return.
- Please do not place your return in a street posting box.
Returns lodged in street posting boxes may experience delays, and a lodgement receipt cannot be provided.
This may result in late fees and may affect your eligibility for a deposit refund.
All dry cleaning and garment preparation is professionally handled by our team at One Night Hanger.
- Customers are not required to clean the garment
- We kindly ask that you do not attempt to treat stains or wash the dress as this may cause damage.
- Simply enjoy your hire and leave the rest to us.
When your garment is received back to One Night Hanger, they are inspected that same day.
If you’re garment is returned on time and in an acceptable condition we then issue a refund of your deposit that same day. Once the deposit refund is issued you can then expect to receive it within 5 Business Days.
