At One Night Hanger, every garment is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in pristine condition and on time for your event. Each piece undergoes professional cleaning, quality inspection, and careful packaging prior to dispatch.
Orders are shipped in alignment with the selected hire period rather than the order date. This ensures your garment arrives within the appropriate timeframe while maintaining its condition and availability for surrounding bookings. All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express, and tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Most metropolitan areas can expect delivery within one to three business days, while regional areas may require two to five business days. These timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as delivery is managed by Australia Post. We strongly recommend securing your booking at least ten days prior to your event to allow sufficient time for preparation and delivery.
Shipping is available Australia-wide. We also offer complimentary local delivery within Toowoomba on weekends, as well as local pickup by prior arrangement. All postal hires include a prepaid return satchel and return label to ensure a simple and seamless return process.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the garment transfers to the customer. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address where the parcel can be safely received and stored until your event.
While every effort is made to dispatch garments on time, One Night Hanger is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Eligibility for refunds relating to delivery delays will be assessed in accordance with our Hire Policies.
