Refund policy
To process a cancellation, you can contact us at onenighthanger@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 215 Stenner Street, Centenary Heights, Toowoomba QLD 4350. Cancellations are only accepted on the condition you require to exchange your piece for a different date or garment (including size), we typically don’t offer refunds as the garment has been made exclusive to you for that period of time. However, we always aim to come to a reasonable resolution for our customers so please reach out to the team for any concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
